How will TDA™ be delivered?
Your TDA™ will be delivered by USPS in a discreet, unmarked black pillow box. The sender will appear as Mr. Bear Enterprise, LLC, with an address from one of our three shipping locations.
How do I clean TDA™?
TDA™ may be cleaned with everyday cleaning supplies such as mild soap, hydrogen peroxide, or bleach. While it is safe to put TDA™ in the dishwasher, we don’t recommend it for regular cleaning as it could potentially dull the finish. (However, we've been testing one and it's holding up just fine after 40 washes.)
How durable is TDA™?
TDA™ is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the same sturdy material found in soda and water bottles, providing exceptional strength even in thin layers.
In fact, one of our shipper's dogs, Piper, decided her owner was spending too much time with the TDA™ and gave it a chew test.
The verdict? The outer case is tough enough to withstand even a Pit Bull's bite. Thanks to Piper for proving just how durable our product really is!
I've lost a part, can it be replaced?
Despite our careful design to minimize the risk, parts of your TDA™ may occasionally be lost. If this happens, please contact our customer support team via email. We’ll provide a replacement estimate, which will include a small fee for the part plus shipping.
